We offer designer bridal & bridesmaid gowns, headpieces, special occasion dresses, flower girl dresses, and bridal & wedding accessories at 40%-50% off retail prices. Please read the following information regarding our Terms & Conditions prior to placing your order.

Colors displayed on our website vary greatly from monitor to monitor. PLEASE view an actual swatch of the fabric in the color you are interested in before ordering your dresses.

Measuring Guide:

Isabella's highly recommend you to have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress. If not, please follow our measuring guide carefully.

Effective  12/05/08 Isabella's Wedding Center provide free shipping for all dresses starting  from $298.00 in Continental United States.(Alaska and Hawaii $47 delivery charge)

 

Return Policy: Effective from: 01/16/2010 on Wedding  Gowns only:

Isabella’s Wedding Center  inc has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment.

 

We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding dresses only. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size wedding dresses or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock wedding dresses, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Due to the special nature of our merchandise all returned wedding dresses would have a 50%* restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown.  Manufacturer will not take any dresses back from Isabella's Wedding Center so therefore we must have a 50% restocking fee. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee.The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 3 business days to get the merchandise back to Isabella’s Wedding Center, 177 ave U,Brooklyn.NY 11223.USA. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the brand new condition you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them. Isabella's Wedding Center has the most upfront return policy in the industry.

We inspect every merchandise that leaves Isabella's Wedding Center.Some customers would want to return their gown AFTER wearing it. No one would want to buy a gown that someone has already worn and we are unable to sell used merchandise.
All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has dropped of the package. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged then we will contact the manufacturer and get new merchandise out to you as quickly as possible. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Isabella's Wedding Center will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. Isabella's Wedding Center will not incur shipping charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.

Other Merchandise
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Bras, Lingerie, Accessories, Invitations, Prom dresses, Mothers dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, All Dresses and Gowns that are not Bridal Related or slips.

Our store offers four convenient ways for you to place your order: online, fax, or U.S. mail and at our retail location. Please review each option.

1. Ordering Online
Orders may be placed on our website using the secure online order form which allows you to make your payment on-line. Be assured that any information you submit is handled in the strictest confidence.

To avoid any misunderstandings with in 72 hours from submitting your order, one of our representative will contact you to verify the vendor, style, size, color, quantity, and the estimated shipping time frame of your order. 

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED until we determine that your dress is available to be shipped to you by your "wear date." You will receive an email confirming your order and that it will be shipped to you before your wear date, together with a receipt of your charges. You will also receive an email when your dress is actually shipped to you. It is important that you provide us with a "wear date" and be sure to allow yourself ample time to have your gown altered, if necessary.

We use state-of-the-art technology to encrypt your financial information before it is sent. The ordering area of our site is protected this way and is referred to as “secure.” Secure transmission is not necessary for our product pictures or general site information and is not used there. This keeps our site faster and your shopping experience more enjoyable. And you never have to worry about sending us your credit card information.
Does Weddingretailer.com use SSL technology?
Yes, we do. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is the gold standard in Internet encryption. This highly sophisticated system scrambles your financial data as it travels from your computer to our Web site.
Do you sell or trade customer names and addresses?
We never sell, rent, or trade names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or any other customer information. Period.

2. Fax
To submit an order via fax, you can print out the on-line order form or request a form to be faxed to you by contacting a Customer Service representative. Fax the completed form, and one of our representative will contact you to verify the vendor, style, size, color, quantity, and the estimated shipping time frame of your order.  The payment will be processed and an order confirmation will be e-mailed within 2-3 business days.

3. U.S. Mail
Orders may be placed via U.S. mail by printing and completing our order form and mailing it along with your payment to the attention of our Website Department.

Please include an e-mail address. Upon receipt of your order, an acknowledgement of our receipt of your order will be sent. Your payment will be processed, and an order confirmation will follow within 2-3 business days.

Order Confirmations
The acknowledgment of your order confirms the order and payment have been submitted into our system. The payment will take 24 hours to fully process. The customer order confirmation will be e-mailed 2-3 business days after the order has processed in our system. Be aware that this time frame may vary due to manufacturer response. The order confirmation will verify the vendor, style, size, color, quantity, and the estimated shipping time frame of your purchase.

The time frame provided in the confirmation is an estimate of when the manufacturer will be shipping the order to our location. Please be aware that this time frame is an estimate from the designer. Due to specific cutting dates of their styles, manufacturers do not guarantee their delivery dates. Ship dates are tentative and subject to change. Most often, orders arrive at or before their approximate ship date. On occasion, there may be a slight delay in production. This is rare and would not exceed more than a few weeks.

Please allow the 2-3 business days for receipt of your order confirmation.

Payment Procedure
We accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks for mail-in orders only. Be sure to mail the order and payment together at the same time.

All sales are final and cannot be canceled or exchanged. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, our designers are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

Additional Charges
Additional charges may incur for certain order specifications. The availability of these specifications are depend on the designer. The charges reflect each designer's set fee and will vary between manufacturers. Also, designers may periodically alter their fees at their discretion.

Extra Size Charge: A charge may be applicable when placing an order for a garment size 16 and over. The charge will be discussed with you at the time of order confirmation and will be added to your total price.

Extra length: Most designers offer an option for extra length to be added. The industry standard for dress length is normally 5'8" although this does vary between designers. The available amount of extra length does vary between manufacturers. When considering the length of the dress, please account for the heel height that you will be wearing and how that relates to your height. The charge will be discussed with you at the time of order confirmation and will be added to your total price.

Hollow-to-Hem: Some designers will cut their dresses at specific lengths. The length of a dress is determined by a measurement taken from the hollow of the neck, the depression at the base of the neck just above the collarbone, to the hem. We strongly suggest having a professional seamstress/ tailor take this measurement for the utmost accuracy. The charge will be discussed with you at the time of order confirmation and will be added to your total price.

Available Colors
The available colors are displayed on the website. Colors can differ from how they are posted on-site since computer monitors do vary. We suggest contacting our store to physically view the designer's swatch card prior to ordering for the best determinant.

Please be aware that our manufacturers can not technically standardize dye lots, so the color you select can vary from the color you've seen as well as from one bolt of fabric to another. The variation is usually a shade or so off. We strongly suggest placing a bridesmaid order at one time with all of the dresses on the same order to avoid dye lot variation. Any bridesmaid order placed separately or added-on to an order may be cut from a different bolt of fabric and vary in color from the other order(s).

It is important that you indicate the color you wish to order exactly as it is posted on-site. Many dresses are available in two-tone combinations and with trims. The customer is responsible for the color that is ordered.

Swatches
Designers provide retailers with swatch cards for in-store use only. We do not have swatches available to send out to customers and are unable to request any from the designer.

Rushes
Most of our designers offer a Rush service for orders that have been placed in a time frame that falls short of their standard production schedule. Rush does not imply that an order will be "rushed" into production ahead of other orders. Rush means, if time and the fabric of a particular style is available, our manufacturer will cut the order. The fee for the rush service is dependent on the designer and will be added to your total price. Rush service is not available for all designers.

When to Order
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

We do not provide alterations for online orders. We suggest contacting a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area experienced in bridal and formal gowns.

Arrival Of Order
Upon receipt of your order at our location, our Shipping Department will verify the order is correct and arrange for its shipment to your specified shipping address. Orders shipped within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS. Those outside the continental U.S. are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed verifying an order has been shipped to the customer. Please allow for 5-7 business days for delivery from our location.

Upon arrival of your order, we ask that you inspect your merchandise immediately. If you have any questions regarding your merchandise, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours.

Designer's Collections
We cannot take responsibility for the maintenance of any of our designer's collections. They alone determine which of their styles will be available and which styles will be discontinued from production. They reserve the right to change any style, color option, and order availability at any time. Our website is updated upon the manufacturer's notification.
